The MOMS Club of Forest Lake invites you to participate in our First Preschool Education, Activities and Services Expo. This community event will be held at Faith Lutheran Church in Forest Lake on Tuesday, January 25, 2011, from 6pm to 8pm.

The goal of this fun event is to provide parents of preschool children with a great place to be introduced to educational opportunities, activities, and services in Forest Lake and the surrounding area. We believe this is an excellent opportunity for business to have a unique exposure to local parents. This event will be free and open to the public; however we are asking that attendees consider donating items for the local food shelf. Collection boxes will be provided and all items donated will be delivered to this very worthy organization.

Space at this event can be reserved for only $20 ($5 additional for use of a table at the event and/or $5 for use of an outlet. Outlet space is limited). Your registration will help to cover the facility fees, all advertising costs (newspaper, posters, flyers, etc.), and include your organization/business in the event brochure. Additional event information will be provided following your confirmed registration. Please send your completed registration form by December 28, 2010 to be included in the event brochure. Late applications will be accepted through January 17, 2011 for inclusion in the expo, but not in the advertisement of the event.

We are asking local businesses to consider donating products or services to our organization for inclusion in “goody bags” that the public will receive upon entering the door. These bags are intended to provide an extra level of excitement to the attendees, as well as encouraging attendees to patronize local businesses. The contents of the bags will be randomized; we do not require items for each bag from every business. It is your choice to decide your level of participation with your donation. Items that you could consider donating could consist of free passes to your business, gift cards, “buy one get one” coupons, small valued items, just to name a few ideas. We encourage you to consider donating items that will increase your business’ awareness and patronage.
